Legal
Terms of Use & IP Rights
The short version: everything you create with the engine is yours — to produce, to sell, to manufacture, forever. Every Vault blueprint is sold once, to one owner, and never sold again.
1 — Ownership of generated work
You own every design, image, colorway, lookbook, and blueprint you generate with the ATELIER engine while your licence is active. Ownership is unconditional and permanent: it survives cancellation, non-renewal, or termination of your account.
Atelier Fashion House claims no copyright, design right, trademark, or residual interest in your generated work. We do not require attribution and do not take a royalty, commission, or revenue share on anything you make or sell.
2 — Commercial and manufacturing rights
Your rights are worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, and fully commercial. You may produce, manufacture, sample, grade, sell, wholesale, license, exhibit, publish, and advertise the work, in any medium, at any volume, under your own label.
You may hand generated imagery and blueprint documents to factories, pattern makers, sample rooms, mills, buyers, investors, and press. You may modify, remix, and build upon the work without restriction.
3 — What we may and may not do with your work
We process your prompts, uploads, and outputs only to operate the service for you — generating, storing, and delivering your files.
We do not sell your designs, do not resell them as Vault pieces, and do not publish them without your written permission. We do not use your work as promotional material by default.
4 — Vault blueprints: sold once, to one owner
Every Vault release is exclusive. A piece is sold a single time to a single buyer, then permanently retired from sale. No second copy is issued, no reprint, no variant of the same release.
On purchase, the buyer receives full ownership of that design and its technical package, with the same worldwide commercial and manufacturing rights described in section 2. Atelier Fashion House will not produce, sell, or license that piece to anyone else, at any time.
During checkout a piece is held for the buyer in progress. If payment is not completed, the hold releases and the piece returns to first-come, first-served availability.
5 — What a purchase includes
A Vault purchase delivers the blueprint: the technical package for the garment, including flats, construction and finishing specification, materials and trims, measurement and grading data where provided, and the release imagery.
A purchase is a transfer of design intellectual property and documentation. It is not a physical garment, a sample, a production run, or a manufacturing service.
6 — Your responsibilities
You are responsible for what you generate. Do not input material you have no right to use, and do not use the engine to copy a protected trademark, logo, or a third party's protected design.
You are responsible for your own production, quality control, safety and labelling compliance, and for clearing any trademarks you attach to garments made from the work.
7 — Licences, credits, and billing
Engine access is sold as a monthly or yearly licence with a credit allowance. Credits are issued when payment clears and reset on each billing date. Unused credits do not carry over.
Credits are consumed per operation at the published rates. Where a generation fails through an engine error, the credits for that operation are returned automatically.
You may cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future billing and ends engine access at the end of the paid period. Everything you already created remains yours.
8 — The engine itself
The ATELIER engine, its prompt architecture, taxonomies, cultural lanes, and blueprint system are the intellectual property of Atelier Fashion House and are licensed to you for use, not transferred.
You may not resell, sublicense, wrap, or expose engine access to third parties, or attempt to extract, reconstruct, or reverse engineer the underlying system.
9 — Service and liability
The service is provided as-is. We do not warrant that a generated design is novel, non-infringing, or registrable, and we do not provide legal advice on intellectual property.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
10 — Changes
We may update these terms. Changes are never retroactive: rights already granted in work you created, and in Vault pieces you purchased, remain exactly as they were on the date of creation or purchase.
